I Can't Sign in to my Building Science Account

If you’re having trouble signing in, don’t worry—there are a few quick ways to get back into your account depending on what’s going on.


Option 1: Reset Your Password (Forgot Password)

If you’re unsure of your password or it’s not working:

  1. Go to the front page of buildingscience.us and click "Sign in" at the top right corner.
  2. Click “Forgot your password?”
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click "Ok".
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  5. Click on the link provided and it will allow you to reset your password.

Option 2: Double Check Your Email Address

Make sure you are using the correct email address:

  • Try any alternate emails you may have used
  • Check for typos (e.g., .com vs .net, missing letters)
