Option 1: Reset Your Password (Forgot Password)

- Go to the front page of buildingscience.us and click "Sign in" at the top right corner.
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your account, then click "Ok".
- Check your inbox for a password reset link
- Click on the link provided and it will allow you to reset your password.

(Tip: Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.)
Option 2: Double Check Your Email Address
Make sure you are using the correct email address:
- Try any alternate emails you may have used
- Check for typos (e.g., .com vs .net, missing letters)
Option 3: Browser or Device Issues
Sometimes the issue isn’t your account:
- Try using a different browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try logging in from a different device
